PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional communication system such as merchandise sales and customer consultant system has caused trouble on customers because the customers have to repeat the same question and request for other operator when operators are in shifts. SOLUTION: The communication system is provided with a 1st own terminal and a 2nd own terminal that make communication with other terminals, a communication data recorder that records communication data for communication between the other terminal and the 1st own terminal or the 2nd own terminal, and a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) server that controls the connection of a channel between the other terminal and the 1st own terminal or the 2nd own terminal, switches the channel connected to the other terminal from the 1st own terminal outputting a shift request signal to the 2nd own terminal, and outputs the communication data for the communication between the other terminal and the 1st own terminal obtained from the communication data recorder to the 2nd own terminal.
