PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supervisory system for a specific area where a 3rd party other than a specific party cannot or can hardly acquire supervisory information from a supervisory terminal. SOLUTION: The system is not designed for users to directly access the supervisory terminal to acquire information, but a management computer acquires supervisory information sent from the supervisory terminal and utilizes a user database in which individually registered supervisory terminals and users qualified to acquire the information of the supervisory terminals are recorded to supply supervisory information to the users, then the system applies the information providing service to many users.
