PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, surely, and collectively waterproof a plurality of cables at a plurality of cable inserting holes of the enclosure of equipment. SOLUTION: A cable waterproofing device 10 is provided with a plurality of accepting sections provided in the cable inserting section 14 of the enclosure 12, a plurality of sealing members 20 individually accepted by the accepting sections, and a pressing member 22 which is attached to the cable inserting section 14 in a state where the member 22 is brought into contact with the sealing members 20. Each sealing member 20 is equipped with an elastic sealing part having a penetrating path 32 with a shape corresponding to an object cable. The pressing member 22 is attached to the cable inserting section 14 with a pair of machine screws 46 and collectively pushes the sealing members 20 in their corresponding accepting sections when the screws 46 are tightened. Consequently, the elastic sealing sections of the sealing members 20 closely adhere to the internal surfaces of the accepting sections and the external surfaces of the cables and exhibit waterproofing and sealing functions to the cables.
