PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath boiler device with a hot water feeding apparatus formed that when during the individual use of hot water supply operation, preheating of bathtub water operation and bath hot water supply operation are commanded, it is prevented from injection of high temperature water, such boiling water, in a bathtub in an empty state, and the additional use of preheating of bathtub water operation and bath hot water supply operation is not completely prohibited but can be properly used and facility is secured. SOLUTION: In a bath boiler device with a hot water supply apparatus is constituted that a heat exchanger 22 for hot water supply and a preheating of bathtub water heat exchanger 33 are heated through combination use of a signal burner 11, when a preheating of bathtub water operation command or a bath hot water supply operation command is issued during hot water supply operation, a controller 80 is provided to decide whether permitting or non-permitting of the reheating of bathtub water command or a bath hot water supply operation command on a condition that what is one value of a hot water supply set temperature value or the detecting value of a bathtub water level sensor 53 or what are both values thereof.
