PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect time lag between moving image and voice for correction the shift. SOLUTION: A detection window framing out circuit 1 designates detection window for detecting a motion vector of a video, which is necessary for measuring a time lag between a moving image and an audio. A specific point detection circuit 4 analyzes and detects an voice issuing source which is, in this case, a motion of lip that is well known to have a particular motion for issuing voice. In this analysis, a detection circuit 5 for detecting a barycentric position and open/close speed of the lip are noticed of a pixel representing characteristic of the lip for calculating the open/close amount and speed of the lip from a change in these distributions. A detection circuit 6 for detecting the time lag between the video and the voice compares audio issuing timing acquired at the detection circuit 5 for detecting the barycentric position and open/close speed of the lip with voice issuing timing, acquired at a voice issuance detecting circuit 10 to detect the time lag therebetween. Delay circuits 11, 12 delay the voice, based on detected lag amount for synchronization therebetween. |
