PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting member capable of connecting an extending pipe to an extended pipe by simple work. SOLUTION: The connecting member 11 is constituted by including a hollow extended side member 13 to be inserted and fixed on a connecting end part of the extending pipe 3', a hollow extended side member 15 to be inserted into a connecting end part of the extended pipe 3 and a screw member 17 to pass through the extending side member 13 and the extended side member 15 and to fasten and fix both of them and by making a movable member 15j with which the extended side member 15 is furnished slide and make pressure contact with the extended pipe 3 by fastening the screw member 17.
