PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify lead-out structure of an electrode lead part, preclude the electrode lead part from being disconnected in its midway, and preclude clogging of specimen blood from being generated. SOLUTION: In this micro hemocytocounter wherein an aperture 2C is formed in a midway of a flow passage 2, wherein electrodes 3, 4 are provided respectively in the both flow passages 2A, 2B in both sides of the aperture 2C, wherein the specimen blood is moved from one side flow passage 2A side to the other side flow passage 2B side through the aperture 2C, and wherein an impedance change generated when the specimen blood passes through the aperture 2C is detected by the both electrodes 3, 4, the electrodes 3, 4 are provided in bottom parts 2a, 2b of the respective flow passages 2A, 2B, and the electrode lead parts 5, 6 connected respectively to tire electrodes 3, 4 are formed to be brought into level positions same to those of the flow passage bottom parts 2a, 2b.
