PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material purchasing method and system where a menu desired by customers is presented for their choice by a provider side and ordering and delivery of insufficient materials are mediated by a provider. SOLUTION: The shopping advice provider 20 is provided with a shopping advice server 21, various databases 22-27, and a common carrier leased line 28 providing a connection anytime with an external ink 80 to an expert for providing expert knowledge information of food or the like. The various databases 22-27 are composed of a database 22 (a bargain information and stock condition DB) relevant to a seller concerning bargain information and stock conditions, a database (a customer DB) 23 relevant to customers, and databases 24-27 relevant to knowledge bases concerning nutrition, recipes, calorie calculation and dietetic therapy. Each home 10 of customers is provided with a terminal device 11 and a domestic stock database 12 connected to the terminal device 11, and the terminal device 11 can be connected with the shopping advice server 21 of the shopping advice provider through a network 40. |
