PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method, and programs for obtaining concrete contents to improve the management with a help of the information processing. SOLUTION: Variable ranges of target values and parameters are inputted to a server 10 from a customer's computer 60 and the parameter values to obtain the target values by using the server 10 are detected. The customer's computer 60 displays the detected results.
