<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium for culturing hybridoma, increasing quantity of production of a monoclonal antibody, and further to provide a method for producing the monoclonal antibody by which the quantity of the production of the monoclonal antibody is increased. SOLUTION: This medium for culturing the hybridoma contains 0.1-30μg/mL squalene. The method for producing the monoclonal antibody by culturing hybridoma is characterized by containing 0.1-30μg/mL squalene in the medium for culturing the hybridoma.</p> |
