PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric stimulators with which direct electrostimulation is efficiently given to a large amount of neurocytes in vitro without damaging the neurocytes. SOLUTION: This cell stimulator is an apparatus for providing cultured cells with electrostimulation in a noncontact state of the cultured cell. The apparatus is equipped with a plurality of positive and negative electrodes fixed to a support plate and extended in the same direction and a means for supporting a plurality of the positive and negative electrodes at a place separated from the cultured cell by a fixed distance.
