PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel endothelial function measuring instrument, in which the quantitative index of a blood vessel endothelial function can be measured. SOLUTION: Information on a blood vessel and/or circulation of the blood to be changed corresponding to a shear stress is measured (S101 and S105) and a quantity of the change is calculated (S117). Then, this quantity of the change is normalized with the cumulative values of shear stresses for a prescribed time (S119) and used as an index of the blood vessel endothelial function.
