<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sacroiliac joint correcting belt allowing the correction of the sacroiliac joint by oneself which was heretofore difficult. SOLUTION: Both legs are opened to the shoulder width while lying down on one's back, and both knees 4 are bent and drawn up at about 60 degrees. The bifurcated part of one end of the sacroiliac joint correcting belt 1 is firmly wound around one knee and fixed being fastened by hook-and-loop fasteners (a), (b). The bifurcated part of the other end of the sacroiliac joint correcting belt 1 is firmly wound around the other knee and fixed being fastened by the hook-and-loop fasteners (a), (b). A cushion 2 with the hook-and-loop fastener (b) is mounted to the hook-and-loop fastener a provided at the center part of the sacroiliac joint correcting belt 1, and the cushion 2 is slowly clamped by both knees 4, and the force is put in. The belt 1 is then slowly widened with both knees, and the force is put in. This operation is repeated several times to stimulate the sacroiliac joint to easily correct it.</p> |
