PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing controlling apparatus which shortens a waiting time by the time when a preview image is displayed, a printing controlling method and a printing controlling program. SOLUTION: A preview preparing means which starts formation of the preview image in accordance with a set printing condition when the printing condition is set, and displays a screen just before printing for guiding at least a part of the set printing condition, a preview displaying means which receives an indication of a preview displaying under a condition that the screen just before printing is displayed, and displays the preview image on the screen in accordance with the indication of the preview displaying, and a printing starting means which receives an indication of starting of printing under a condition that an image just before printing is displayed, and outputs a request for starting of printing in accordance with the indication of starting of printing, are provided.
