PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding leg, which hardly acquires a habit even after a longtime use and can get its original erect state. SOLUTION: A leg part 12 is provided so as to connect with a seating body 16. The leg part 12 has a length a little longer than the thickness of a matter to be bound X and is equipped with a bendable and restorative upright columnar body 18, 418 and a flexible tubular leg main body 20, which has a shape being piercingly inserted by the binding hole X<SB>1</SB>of the matter X and the piercing inserting hole 5 of a compressor 3 so as to cover the outer periphery of the columnar body 18, 418 and, at the same time, is formed longer than the length of the columnar body 18, 418 so as to be piercingly inserted in the compressor 3 and secured by the compressor 3. The seating body 16 is molded of a flexible synthetic resin together with the leg main boy 20. At the root of the leg main body 20, a through hole 22, through which the columnar body 18, 418 is piercingly inserted in the hollow part 24, 424 of the leg main body 20, and is formed so as to be formed to be fixed to a sheet body.
