The present invention concerns a method for rebond moulding wherein foam pieces or flakes with binder is conducted into a closed mould (1) with at least one moveable wall, wherein the flakes are compressed and steam is introduced to cure the product and then cooling, characterised in that foam pieces or flakes are conducted into the mould by way of fluidization, preferably by an air stream, compressed air or vacuum. The invention also concerns a mould box for rebond moulding and products produced by the same. |
