PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a moving picture to which a proper display effect is provided according to an extracted region. SOLUTION: A region extract section 2 tries to extract a specific region from an original image. The region extract section 2 outputs to a slideshow generating section 1 an extraction OK signal when the region extract section 2 can extract the specific region and an extraction NG signal when the region extract section 2 cannot extract the specific region. The slideshow generating section 1 references a template management section 5 to specify an ID of a template of a specified operation kind and an ID of a template for prescribing a display condition corresponding to the extraction OK signal or the extraction NG signal. The slideshow generating section 1 generates moving picture data so that each original image is displayed by the specified operation kind and under the specified display condition.
