PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for flexibly establishing an area to be transmitted in response to flow contents. SOLUTION: An area identification number (SHOG) is set to each Interlace of wireless base stations 110 to 114. In the Interlace set to the same SHOG, the same flow is transmitted in a same timing (including a case of substantially same timing). A wireless terminal 100 discriminates an adjacent sector or an adjacent wireless base station for transmitting the same flow on the basis of information informed from the wireless base stations 110 to 114 and composes the flows and receives the composed flow.
