PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for performing a treatment while displaying an ultrasonic image after a part where steam and air bubbles exist and also to provide an ultrasonic photographing instrument for obtaining the image after the part where steam and the air bubbles are generated during the processing. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a treating means 1 for performing the treatment such as the injection of an FRA (Radio Frequency Ablation) or an ultrasonic contrast agent in the internal lesion 9 of a subject 7 and a photographing means 3 for photographing an internal part which comprises a lesion of the subject with ultrasonic wave along with the treatment, displaying it and simultaneously displaying the image of the part which comprises the internal lesion of the subject, which is photographed with ultrasonic wave before the treatment.
