<p>Disclosed is an accurate pressure sensor with a magnet having magnetic flux density which linearly changes according to the change of the pressure. The accurate pressure sensor includes: a case including an upper case and a lower case which are engaged with each other, a diaphragm for allowing an inner space formed between the upper case and the lower case to be divided into two parts; a magnet having magnetic flux density which linearly changes on a polar surface according to a straight line parallel to the polar surface, the magnet being fixed at a lower central part of the diaphragm in such a manner that the magnet can be moved up and down; a magnetic sensor installed at a position in which magnetic flux density linearly changes so as to sense displacement of the magnet; and a spring for supplying elastic restoration force to the diaphragm.</p> |
