<p>The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to hydraulic presses used for forming products, in particular from bulk materials. In the preferred variant the hydraulic press is embodied in the form of a vertical two-way press, the top and lower cylinders of which are provided with corresponding piston and rod cavities in the form of respective oppositely arranged plungers. Said rods, pistons and plunger cavities are provided with channels which are used for connecting the hydraulic lines of a control system thereto, wherein said control system comprises fill valves, two and three-position slide-type valves, a hydraulic lock valve and check valves. In the other variant, the hydraulic press can be embodied in the form of a single-action press and in the form of a horizontal press. The inventive structural design makes it possible to decrease the number of separately located power cylinders and to reduce the length of the stroke of the movable parts thereof, respectively, thereby increasing the performance of a press, reducing the quantity of required working fluid in the form of oil and improving the mass and dimensional parameters of the press.</p> |
