PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source circuit capable of supplying a boosted voltage with low power consumption without degrading boosting efficiency, and to provide a display driver, an electrooptical device and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The power source circuit 50 includes a boosting circuit 52 which generates the boosted voltage by boosting a second voltage on the basis of a first voltage and a limiter circuit 53 which limits potential of the boosted voltage. The limiter circuit 53 discharges electric charges to a power source line to which the second voltage is supplied or charges electric charges from the power source line such that the boosted voltage becomes a given target voltage.
