<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor excelling in volume efficiency without impairing an electric characteristic; and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A positive electrode lead wire is resistance-welded to a metal frame of aluminum, and thereafter an anodized coating layer is formed on a porous sintered body. Then, the metal frame is removed by cutting the inside of the metal frame by leaving a small piece of the metal frame in a tip of the positive electrode lead wire. The small piece of the metal frame is electrically connected to a mounted positive electrode terminal material by wire bonding. Thereby, the need of forming a space of the positive electrode lead wire between the small piece of the metal frame and an end surface of the porous sintered body is obviated, and thereby this solid electrolytic capacitor improved in volume efficiency can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
