SOLUTION: The oil pressure supplying device is provided with the high pressure pump PH storing pressure for an accumulator 11 operating a hydraulic actuator Mh starting the engine E, and the low pressure pump PL supplying low pressure hydraulic oil to the automatic transmission T. The high pressure pump PH and the low pressure pump PL are connected to a rotary shaft 1 of an electric motor Me rotatable normally and reversely via first and second one-way clutches 18 and 19 with different engaging directions. The high pressure pump PH is operated by rotation of the electric motor Me in one direction and the low pressure pump PL is operated by rotation in another direction.
