According to one embodiment of the present invention, a steering apparatus of a wagon for performances comprises: a driving unit combined with a driving shaft to generate power to operate a wheel; a steering unit installed around the wheel to steer the wheel while the driving unit operates the wheel; and a wire guide member formed to prevent wires connecting the driving unit with the steering unit from being entangled while the driving unit and the steering unit are operated. According to the present invention, since the wire guide member is included, the wires connecting the driving unit with the steering unit are prevented from being entangled while the driving unit and the steering unit are operated. Therefore, a steering apparatus allowing a multi-rotation full-direction operation is provided to a wagon requiring a large steering amount in performances, events, etc.
