The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyurethane coated fabric used for a material of a functional mat such as a camping mat, the method comprising the following steps: coating a pad sheet with ceramic-containing polyurethane dough with a predetermined thickness; heating the coated polyurethane dough to volatize a solvent contained in the polyurethane dough and thereby forming a ceramic-containing polyurethane layer on the pad sheet; applying adhesive dough on the ceramic-containing polyurethane layer with a predetermined thickness and heating the layer to form an adhesive layer; and attaching fibers on the adhesive layer to form a fiber layer. Thus, a non-toxic property and a good sense of touch are achieved so as to be suitable for a material of a functioning mat, stains can be easily removed, and furthermore, there are advantageous effects to the human body, such as a far-infrared ray generation effect, a negative ion generation effect, and an anti-bacterial effect. |
