The present invention relates to a biorhythms check system and a check method capable of checking a health state by detecting a vital sign factor from feet of a shoes wearer and connecting an application; partially or entirely offering a massage function to the feet by generating specific low frequency specialized to each person; and offering a good influence for customized body biorhythms by promoting blood circulation. The biorhythms check system comprises: a bio control device which is positioned in shoes, and detects/checks the biorhythms of the wearer; and a portable terminal which confirms a result generated in the bio control device, and includes the application to display the result. |
