The present invention relates to a carbon thread supplying apparatus of a planar heating element and a method for weaving a planar heating element using the same, which allow a carbon thread to be inserted and woven through a carbon thread supplying apparatus in an inclining direction while forming a wavy pattern when an ordinary fabric formed of weft and warp threads is woven. The apparatus includes: a supply part (120) for inserting a carbon thread (2) introduced in an inclining direction when an ordinary fabric (1) formed of weft and warp threads is woven while moving the carbon thread left or right; and a guide part (110) for guiding the supplying part (120), wherein the carbon thread supplying apparatus (100) adjusts the distance of left/right movement such that the carbon thread (2) forms a wavy pattern and supplies the carbon thread in the inclining direction to adjust the resistance of the carbon thread. |
