According to the present invention, a secondary battery having an electrode tab comprises: an electrode assembly formed by stacking a positive electrode plate, a separator, and a negative electrode plate, and having a junction unit extended from each electrode plate; an exterior material providing a space unit for receiving the electrode assembly; and an electrode tab electrically connected to the junction unit of the electrode assembly, and exposed to the outside of the exterior material. Especially, the electrode tab of the present invention has a plurality of protrusion units protruded at a part facing the junction unit in a vertical upward direction to secure a reliable coupling status with the junction unit. |
