<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition capable of sintering at a temperature of ≤800-1,000°C simultaneously sintering with a low resistance conductor such as Cu and Ag for built-in or multilayer structure, having low dielectric loss of tanδ (high Q value), small absolute value of temperature coeffi cient τ<SB>f</SB>of resonance frequency, and dielectric constant ε<SB>r</SB>of about 8-30 so as to be formed in a proper size. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition contains a glass ingredient of ≥5 pts.wt. and ≤150 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. main ingredient represented by the general formula: x(Zn<SB>2</SB>TiO<SB>4</SB>)-(1-x)TiO<SB>2</SB>wherein the x is in a range of 0.5≤x<1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
