Provided is a method for sensing an organic electroluminescent display apparatus to reduce a sensing time of threshold voltage. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic electroluminescent display apparatus comprises the following steps: supplying second voltage higher than first voltage supplied in response to a scan pulse; supplying initialized voltage by an initialized control signal; charging sensing voltage while the second voltage is supplied by the initialized voltage; and detecting threshold voltage of a driving TFT through the sensing voltage.
