<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for an endoscope which can easily and steadily cut off a wrinkle as an obstacle generated on the wall of a body lumen, by steadily hooking a processus with a snare loop while bypassing the obstacles in the case of generation of the processus such as a polyp on the backside or others of the obstacle such as the wrinkle generated on the wall of the body lumen. <P>SOLUTION: In the treatment tool for the endoscope having an operation wire relatively movably inserted into a flexible sheath and a snare loop connected to the extremity of the operation wire and protruding from the extremity of the above flexible sheath, at least one of the connecting portion of the operation wire to the snare loop and the snare loop itself is bent such that a plane including the extending direction of the above operation wire when the operation sheath and the flexible wire are in a linear condition and a plane formed by the above snare loop mutually cross. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
