PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential output buffer which can reduce dispersion in the differential amplitude of a differential output signal.SOLUTION: The differential output buffer includes: a differential output circuit; and a bias voltage generator circuit which is a replica circuit of the differential output buffer. The bias voltage generator circuit generates a bias voltage for controlling a current flowing in a first current source of the differential output buffer and a current flowing in a second current source of the bias voltage generator circuit, in such a manner that, using an operational amplifier, the voltage of a third internal node between a third built-in resistor and a third external resistor of the bias voltage generator circuit and a third switch becomes equivalent to either a first internal node voltage when the first switch of the differential output buffer is in an ON state, or a reference voltage equal to a second internal node voltage when a second switch is in an ON state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
