The present invention relates to a secondary battery and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a secondary battery using a liquid electrolyte and a producing method thereof. The secondary battery comprises: a current collector exchanging electrons; a first electrode containing a first active material and formed on the current collector; an electrolyte layer formed on the first electrode; and a second electrode containing a second active material and formed on the electrolyte layer, wherein the electrolyte layer comprises: a plurality of supports formed by being spaced each other; and a liquid electrolyte supplied into a spaced space between the supports.
