PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overlapping film which hardly causes cracks in a design print layer even when mounted through heat shrinkage.SOLUTION: An overlapping film 1 has: a heat-shrinkable polyolefin film 2; an anchor coat layer 3 which is laminated on a rear face of the heat-shrinkable polyolefin film 2 and contains a chlorinated polyolefin resin; a design print layer 4 which is laminated on a rear face of the anchor coat layer 3 and contains a urethane resin; and a second print layer 5 which is laminated on a rear face of the design print layer 4 and contains a urethane resin and an inorganic pigment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
