PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reducer capable of reducing a thickness dimension in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A speed reducer includes: a stationary internal gear 10 fixed to an outer packaging body; a first planetary gear 20 engaged with the stationary internal gear 10, and revolving around the same axis as a center axis in a radial direction of the stationary internal gear 10; an input shaft 30 provided in an interlocking manner to the first planetary gear 20; a second planetary gear 40 revolving in synchronization with the first planetary gear 20; a movable internal gear 50 engaged with the second planetary gear 40, auto-rotating around the same axis as an axis of revolution of the second planetary gear 40, and having the number of teeth different from that of the stationary internal gear 10; and an output shaft 70 connected to the movable internal gear 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
