The present invention relates to a method and a device to control a vehicle by using a mobile communications system. According to the present invention, the method of the present invention comprises: a step of transmitting a connecting requesting message for connection with a base station to the base station; a step of receiving a connection response message from the base station as a response to the connection requesting message; a step of transmitting a connection setting completion message to the base station; a step of receiving a UE capability enquiry message to request information on the UE capability from the base station which has received the connection setting completion message; a step of transmitting a UE capability information message to the base station as a response to the UE capability inquiry message; a step of receiving a connection resetting message including a control parameter to control the vehicle; a step of transmitting a connection resetting completion message as a response to the connection resetting message; and a step of controlling the vehicle based on the control parameter. The UE capability information message includes service information related to vehicle control which can be supported by the UE. |
