The present invention relates to an algae removal and water quality improvement method and an algae removal and water quality improvement apparatus based on direct scattering in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, and the like of mud stone-containing magnetized water obtained by a magnetizer-based treatment of treated water containing mud stone as a natural ore in which natural microorganisms exist in a natural manner. Combination of mud stone characteristics and the magnetized water according to the present invention results in algae removal and water quality improvement. Even in the case of scattering in water and deposition on bottoms, the mud stone continuously suppresses or eradicates activities of fungi, pathogenic soil germs, and the like based on effects of soil microbes existing in the mud stone, and thus no secondary pollution occurs. Accordingly, costs related to collection of collectors floating when existing algae collecting agents and the like are used can be saved to lead to an economic advantage. |
