A semiconductor device includes a substrate; and at least two first insulating layers located on one surface of the substrate. The first insulating layer includes an opening part which exposes part of the substrate. The maximum width of the opening part located in the lower layer adjacent to the substrate in the first insulating layer is different from the maximum width of the opening part located in the upper layer on the lower layer. So, a contact area between the substrate and an electrode can be effectively increased.
