<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system, which can prevent poisoning of an electrode catalyst and can maintain stack efficiency to a high value. <P>SOLUTION: The reformed gas, which has been reformed by the reforming reaction vessel 5, is supplied to primary side 6a of a hydrogen refiner, and the hydrogen rich gas separated with the hydrogen refiner 6 is supplied to a hydrogen electrode 8 from the secondary side 6c. It is constituted with the 1st exhaust gas circulation flow ways 22a and 22b, which make the exhaust gas discharged from a hydrogen electrode exit 8b circulate to the primary side 6a of the hydrogen refiner, a 2nd exhaust gas circulation flow way 23, which branches from the 1st exhaust gas circulation flow ways 22a and 22b, and leads through to the secondary side 6c of the hydrogen refiner 6, and a change valve 13, which changes the flow-way 22b (A side) and the flow way 23 (B side). And, if the CO concentration detected by a CO concentration sensor 9 is beyond a predetermined value, the flow-way change valve 13 is changed to the A side, and if it is under the predetermined value, it is changed to the B side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
