PURPOSE:To allow a flange section to be reused by making the flange section and core section of a winding reel for a printing ribbon removable. CONSTITUTION:A core section 2 is made removable from a flange section 1. At the time of winding a ribbon, the core section 2 is fitted to the flange section 1 and is integrally rotated to wind the ribbon. When the used ribbon is to be replaced and discarded, the ribbon can be extracted together with the core section and easily discarded, and the flange section can be reused.
