<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert value information such as points and a prescribed charge recorded on a card into value information desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a certification information confirming part 27 for acquiring authentication information for certifying the identity of a user and judging whether the authentication information is preregistered on the basis of the acquired authentication information in managing a card recording value information including a prescribed amount of money information and points, and a value changing part 28 for converting the prescribed amount of money information into points with a first conversion rate on the basis of results judged by the certification information confirming part 27 or for converting prescribed points into the amount of money information with a second conversion rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
