发明名称 FLOW RATE CONTROL DEVICE OF AIR
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate an over-shoot phenomenon, reduce hystersis, supply a stable rate of air by providing movable introducing passages and a seat with a sliding-valve mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When electric current is supplied to a solenoid valve 1, a controlling member 2 is attracted leftward and thereby an introducing passage 11 is opened by a rate corresponding to the supplied electric current. The position of the controlling member 2 is held with minute reciprocating movements. When the introducing passage 11 is opened, there is difference between values of pressure in an intake negative pressure chamber 13 and a pressure chamber 3, which is determined by the values in the intake passages 11, 14, whereby a valve body 5 is opened. Pressure difference is generated between an atmosphere chamber 12 and the negative pressure chamber 13, and applied to close the valve body 5. However, the valve body 5 is kept open because a diaphragm 6 has much effect. Then the air flows in a direction of an arrow to open the valve body 5, the introducing passage 11 is closed. The pressure difference between the passage 11 and the intake negative pressure chamber 13 is eliminated. Force of a spring 7 and pressure difference between the atmosphere chamber and the intake negative pressure chamber 13 are applied to close the valve body 5, and the introducing passage 11 is closed again.
