<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Natto (fermented soybeans) containing sesame added thereto and capable of simultaneously improving digestive absorption of the sesame, improving texture of the sesame and simultaneously and easily ingesting nutriments of both the sesame and the Natto by adding the sesame during production of the Natto and fermenting the soybeans and sesame. <P>SOLUTION: This Natto containing the sesame added thereto is obtained by adding the sesame simultaneously when dipped soybeans are transferred to a steaming cooker and steaming and fermenting the dipped soybeans together with the sesame. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
