The garlic peeling device (4) comprises a hopper (10), a cylinder case (11) at the inside of which an inner film such as sponge is coated, first and second circular plates (16,17) connected by a shaft (14) at the inside of the cylinder case, a number of small gears (19) coupled to an inner gear (18) between the circular plates, a connecting member (20) with a steel core (21) connected to the small gear on the front side of the second circular plate, and a peeling member (23) forming a screw line (22) holded on the front side of the steel core.
