PURPOSE:To simplify a duct construction, install an air duct assuredly without gap to provide an excellent moisture condensation preventive property, and in addition, improve the soundproofness by forming an inorganic silicate foam layer on the outer peripheral surface of a duct pipe on the body part of which a large number of through holes are formed. CONSTITUTION:The basic constitution of an air duct 1 is a duct pipe 2, and an inorganic silicate foam layer 3 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the duct pipe 2. In addition, a non-combustible or fire-resistant thin layer 4 is laminated on the outer peripheral surface of the inorganic silicate formed body layer 3. At the same time, a large number of through holes 2a are formed on the body part of the duct pipe 2. For the duct pipe 2, a pipe for which a punching metal, expanding metal, etc., such as zinc plated steel, stainless steel, etc., are formed in to a cylindrical shape is preferable. The thickness of the duct pipe 2 is preferred to be 0.3-10mm, and the diameter of the through hole is preferred to be 0.5-10mm. Also, the total area of the through holes is preferable to be approx. 5-50% of the area of the duct pipe 2 from the viewpoints of soundproofness and strength. |
