<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a food material sealed and packed in a waterresistant food container having water vapor absorption and air permeability capable of thawing or heating a frozen food of contents by an electronic oven. CONSTITUTION:A method for supplying a sealed and packed warm food material by using a vending machine for frozen foods, having a built-in electronic oven. A container to be used is a waterresistant food container having water vapor absorption and air permeability, consists of a food packing part having a deep tray shape and a finely wrinkled surface of wall, a flange part on the top and a cover heat-sealable at a part preferably to be joined to the flange face of the flange part and the material of the container having at least the food packing part is composed of a water-resistant material having water vapor absorption and air permeability, comprising natural or regenerated fiber as a main component. A frozen food is sealed and packed in a state of not excessive heating and ready holding with a hand by simply heating the frozen food. A food material having no change of quality by condensation, heated to a proper temperature, can be supplied.</p> |
