<p>PURPOSE:To provide a leaf spring mounting structure wherein a leaf spring is mounted on a part to be mounted not by a fixing method, such as screw locking, weld, and caulking. CONSTITUTION:Regulating parts 26c consisting of a protrusion part protruded in an L-shape in a direction in which the ends on the one side of the L-shapes are positioned facing each other are mounted on an outer guide plate (a member to be mounted) 26 formed of resin and a circular protrusion 26d is formed on the regulating parts 26c. Meanwhile, a leaf spring 30 is formed such that an engaging hole 30d is formed in a base end part 30c and driven roller 22 is rotatably supported by means of a support piece 30b arranged to a tip part 30a. When the leaf spring 30 is mounted on the outer guide plate 26, after the base end part 30c is inserted in the regulating part 26c, a protrusion is engaged with the engaging hole 30d. Besides, movement in the direction of width and direction of thickness of the leaf spring 30 is regulated by the regulating part 26c and movement in the direction of length is regulated by means of the protrusion 26d.</p> |
