WAIT INFORMATION REPORT SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING PHARMACY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the preparation of a medicine to a customer waiting for the medicine in a dispensing pharmacy.

SOLUTION: This system comprises an unreceiving customer reporting table 12 for registering the management number of an unreceiving customer who does not receive the medicine although the medicine is prepared in conformation to the elapsed time from the preparation of the medicine; an unreceiving customer registration processing part 15 for registering, when the medicine is prepared, the record related to the customer concerned in the unreceiving customer reporting table 12; an unreceiving customer delete processing part 16 for deleting the record of the customer concerned from the table 12 when the unreceiving customer receives the medicine; and an elapsed time updating part 14 for updating the elapsed time of each record registered in the table 12. A mail transmission part 13 periodically checks the table 12, and transmits a mail for the preparation of the medicine to the customer whose elapsed time is a prescribed time or more.
