PURPOSE: To provide a quadrupole mass-spectrograph device of MS/MS type which can be assembled easily and with which a high sensitivity characteristic is guaranteed at all times. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical base 11 having hyperbolic inner surfaces is formed from an insulating material such as glass, wherein the cross-section is in a stellate shape having four shafts of light, and thin film electrodes 12a-12d are applied to the surfaces of the hyperbolic planes. The thin film electrodes 12a-12d are separated by two bulkheads 15a, 15b inserted into the base 11, and quadrupoles in three stages are formed. |
